The Chef, trained in the Westbury hotel, Dublin. Moved to Tenerife in 2002, brings all his Irish passion to his menu which includes steaks, duck, fish, with varied vegetables and the Chef's own unique sauces all cooked fresh in his domain - his kitchen. Add to this his wonderful starters and homemade mouth watering sweets and you really do have a meal to remember. Should you find that your favourite dish is not on his menu don't hesitate to ask as he will do his utmost to create it for you.

His wife, Mags, is the cool front of house maitre'd of the restaurant with a warm welcome to go with her lovely smile and quietly spoken charm. Her knowledge of wine is second to none, and loves nothing better than advising patrons on their choice of wines to compliment their food.
