Chocolate & Cointreau Terrine

A restaurant favourite.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

300g Milk Chocolate

25ml Orange cordial

50ml Cointreau

75ml Double Cream

Instructions:

Here is a SINFULL dessert for all occasions.

Which must be served from the freezer. So can be made well in advance. In its simplicity a real table finish . And so easy !!!!

Simply put all the ingredients in a bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water.

Then after you have stopped licking the spoon transfer to a non stick loaf tin or something of a similar shape and freeze.

To store remove from the tin. By floating in a bath of hot water , tip onto a clean board & wrap in cling film . Always store in a freezer.

To server cut thin slices straight from the freezer and arrange on a plate with some fresh fruits and Ice cream. Remember less is more .
